Check-In Time is after 3pm.  We appreciate knowing your approximate arrival time.

Check-Out Time is by 11am.

A deposit equal to 1 night is required to book your stay payable by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.  Checks must arrive within 7 days of making the reservation and 2 weeks prior to check-in.  A $30.00 service fee is charged for any returned checks.

Charge for each additional person over double occupancy in Bell Rock Suite is $25.00.

Continental breakfast served weekdays in winter season.

Full breakfast served everyday in summer season and weekends in winter season.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancel 2 weeks before your check-in date for a full refund less a $15.00 service charge.  If less than 2 weeks before check-in no refund unless we can re-book the room.  You are responsible for the full reservation.  If we re-book, a full refund less a $15.00 service charge will be made.

No children under 12 except with whole house rental.

No pets allowed but you are welcome to enjoy our resident cat Sly.

Smoking is not permitted in the home.

Taxes not included in room prices (6.5% State, 1% County, 3% Lodging).
